Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on all eligible pieces. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Some large or fragile made-to-order items are not eligible for return; this will always be noted on the product page.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
