Shipping policy

Shipping
Shipping is included on all European orders over €100. Every piece is sent carefully packed and tracked from Amsterdam. No added costs. No hidden fees. Just considered design, delivered with care.

For international orders, shipping is charged at checkout. Orders are sent Delivered at Place (DAP), meaning any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and we recommend a tracked service.

Some large or fragile made-to-order items are not eligible for return. This will always be noted on the product page.
