Inspired by the enduring utility of fruit crates and Euroboxes, the Metal Tray distils storage to its essentials. Folded from raw, uncoated aluminium, each piece is left unfinished to reveal machining lines; traces of its making and a record of how it will age.
Designed to be used without preciousness, the tray embraces wear. Aluminium scratches, dents, and oxidises, developing character through use rather than degradation. A functional object with an honest material presence, made to work hard and last.
